I have purchased at least many new vehicles over the years and this has been the very best experience. Kirsten Michieli is a true professional, and a pleasure to deal with. My 2 cats had stayed there a few yrs back and I couldn't have been more pleased. I had a bad experience with another cattery in town and I was apprehensive when I visited Puss N Boots, but after my visit and my cats stay for 2 weeks I picked them up they looked good....content and just to top it off....they had taken a picture of each cat which I have to this day on my wall. My cat Ippy has since passed and I can still look at his picture on my wall. So, thanks for the great care! I will be going away soon again and I wouldn't bring my cat anywhere else. Lorraine

I recently used Buy Sell & Trade to get rid of a bunch of stuff around my house. I registered on their site and had some trouble so sent an email to their web master. He phoned me in the evening (ok, I was shocked!) and walked me through getting registered. I posted my stuff and within 20 minutes had received my first call. Best of all, all the ads online are also printed in their paper. To me that kinda covers all the off line people. I'm pleased with how easy the process is to use their site and that all the ads are checked for scams.

I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. Very kind. Thank You Kal Tire for your generosity.
