I havent been this pleased with a service call of any kind in a long time. There was some phone tag to set things up, but once we actually got on the phone together the booking was made extremely quickly (same day!). Rob is fantastic. He SAVED us. We found black mould behind a mattress in the basement the day before taking pictures to list our house - and had already purchased a new one) We were devastated. Rob came immediately. He was extremely professional. Explained exactly what needed to be done and did it properly. Fixed a crack in the foundation and complete renovation - with paperwork. Very helpful over the phone on initial discussion about bin sizes, rates, etc. Prompt / on-time delivery of a good condition bin with no driveway damage. During bin use, we had a question. Immediately answered with a phone call. Called for bin pick-up and this occurred within about an hour. Again the team at Drain Rescue plumber came to the rescue! This time, the kitchen sinks werent bleeding & I couldnt find the clog. Im caring for my elderly father, so the sink problem was a significant matter for me. Urgently, I called them at Drain Rescue plumber, explained the issue & the situation.
