CJ and Jack were great! They were able to come by within a day's notice and were knowledgeable and great to work with! The took care of warranty work for my Sta-Rite pool heater and followed up with customer service that was above and beyond what I would have expected. Highly recommended for you pool servicing needs! Highly recommend! My kitchen drain had 2 clogs well beyond the trap, and they had the drain cleared and running in half hour. Very friendly (dispatch and technicians) and really affordably priced. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing issue.

HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!!
It's been 15 years since my original HWT was installed by Balcean (yes, Oct 2005...I have the receipt) and the quality of work and customer service is still the same...TOP NOTCH!

CAN REALLY COUNT ON THEM! They showed up on time with all the needed tools and materials, and provided me with excellent service. Not only the plumber is knowledgeable but also real friendly. The pricing was more than fair considering the quality of their service and quickness of their response. Would DEFINITELY call them again once something else goes wrong!

We had a major leak in our main water pipe just below the foundation. We called Howell Mechanical and they assessed the break and arranged to have a technician come. The technician was thoroughly professionaland worked quickly to fix the problem. The work was completed in one day and we would not hesitate to call them again. The rates were very reasonable.
