After a fantastic weekend traveling from Owen sound to Red Rock Ontario, we were heading home & learned that we urgently needed help to sort out some car issues, thankfully we were around Sudbury & went right to Back in action Automotive, where they got right to work & replaced our alternator, they were kind, fast & efficient which we are very thankful for! As our parting gift we got to play a little tune for the team & were able to get back on route home swiftly & safely, thank you so much!

I had car troubles while up north and Andy's Auto Service was amazing. He fixed everything in less than a day and when I got back to Toronto and I looked at the bill I noticed he didn't charge me for plugging up a leaking tire. He also inspired confidence. Since I had three unrelated problems pop up all at once I needed a little reassurance. Can't say enough.

We had a new furnace and ductwork installed in 2020 and with such a big purchase, we were hoping we chose the right business to do the work. We are so happy we went with 669-heat!!! When have you heard a story like this. I'm a senior citizen and no longer work on my own cars. Took it told him I have a brake problem. ! He get the front apart calls and ask front or back I said front. He then opens up the rear inspects all is good. I said oh so sorry what do I owe You? He says nothing; stop by and brings the boys coffee and donuts !!!!! Can you believe this an honest automotive shop in Sudbury !! Now my whole family and friends go there.
