I recently used the services of It's The Right Move Burlington & Oakville for my move from Burlington to Toronto, and I must say that they exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the team was extremely professional and responsive to all my queries. They arrived on time on the day of the move and worked non-stop until everything was loaded onto the truck. The team was very careful with my belongings and made sure that everything was well-packed and secure. Thank you It's The Right Move

The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).

I want to thank Self Storage for a stress free and wonderful experience. The units are roomy and clean and Tamara is second to none with her helpfulness, knowledge and cheery disposition. I would recommend this facility 100% and will continue to use it for all my storage needs.

Very impressive crew. Worked well together and everyone was in a good humour in spite of the cold weather. Not a single scratch. Truck packing was amazing and everything important was well protected. Would definitely recommend this company.

The owner is straightforward and easy to deal with, the units are heated and secure, pricing is very competitive. Just a good place to store those items you want to keep but dont have room for at home. I give a 5 star rating and suggest you give them consideration if you need storage in Halton Hills or anywhere in the area, as the commercial says Acton is worth the drive.
