I am very mechanical as my father owned a garage and I've worked on cars all my life, so this was the first time buying from a dealer so I was a bit nervous. I bought a high-mileage van and they fixed a front shock I said was faulty and they gave me a price break and the van's been working well for over a year now. Superb service and outcomes. Made a huge mistake buying a Mini Countryman. The car was sucking more than $750/month. Overpriced Mini Ottawa did not demonstrate (to me) the expertise and any restraint when it came to expenses. In came Manny who found a cost effective solution delivered with confidence and TLC.
