My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

Staff is excellent. They go the extra mile to help you resolve what challenges you have. The facility although small is kept in great shape and very clean. There's a reason this location won best Swiss Chalet of the year in Canada. The renovations, and the food and from what the sever told me newer management. You will not be disappointed. Dr Tawadross conducts himself in a professional manner, but has a quiet sense of humor that make it easy to be his patient.He has no problem admitting he needs specialized assistance for his patients, which gave me confidence to approach him. My wife feels the same about the female doctors in that practice. We are huge fans.
