I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

Was so lucky to have found Orca Pool & Spa! My hot tub was in pretty gross condition, seeing more in it's short 3 year lifespan than any hot tub should ever have to see, and Mike fix and restored it to pristine showroom condition again. And he did so at a reasonable price! Thank you so much Mike!

Super clean and friendly staffs with comfy spa chairs for mani and pedis...My friend and I paid for having wonderful service and inviting atmosphere was very pleased actually it was my very first visit to do main and pedi. They treated us like princesses for a day, and I walked out of there with the biggest smile on my face. Great staff. Great service. Great mani and pedi. with professional touch. Simply Amazing! Our family was extremely impressed with the managers this summer. The showers are completely finished and look great. The bathrooms were well maintained the whole weekend and the kids had a lot of fun playing on the playground and the beach. The games room looked like a dump last year, but the staff have re-painted and added to it, the kids couldn't get enough of it. The movie nights were moved inside so my kids could still had something to do at night even though it rained. The lookout trail hike was easy and quick for my whole family with an amazing view, but the lake was still a little too cold for swimming.
On the first night there were some younger, loud campers that the staff took care of. The managers didn’t go to bed until everything was taken care of. It was great to see that they are enforcing their noise policies. If we wanted to rent a boat or have help moving our fire pit the staff were happy and eager to help. We never had to wait long after our request was made. Such amazing staff members and campground. We are definitely coming back this summer!

I have been dealing with Art Knapp South Surrey for over 15 years. Spent thousands on plants, trees, toys, clothes, hot tub and smoker. The team at Art Knapp are awesome. Always willing to help, product experts on staff and overall good value. You can shop around a try to find things cheaper but the expertise and quality of service here is second to none. Of particular note is the hot tub team lead by Ken Grant. I bought my hot tub there 8 years ago and still enjoy it multiple times a week.

a great place for both young and old. i brought my youth group there and my family. i totally enjoyed it both times. what i like most of the owner / operator is his community involvement and amazing customer service. -example: i brought my cars there to be fixed and he was so helpful and did a lot for free too! was a nice guy

The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.
