Awesome service ! Don & his son have done plumbing for me & I can honestly say, I’ve never met more professional & polite tradesmen, great work & pricing. Always good for a few laughs during their visits. My dad lives in Millbrook & they came all the way from Whitby to fix his problem, within a couple of hours not days ! After my wife’s fall and fracture, I went into this marvellous store stressed out about what equipment I needed and where to find it at a reasonable price. They had everything, in stock, for purchase or rent, including things I had not yet discovered I needed. Rollators, commodes, wheel-chairs, grab-bars... in various sizes and prices.
And they understood my situation! I found I could breathe again!

Excellent timely service...Water damage caused by faulty dishwasher...Andrew came out with an hour of our call for help...team Cheryl and Theresa came out an hour later..stayed for 4 hours...removed drywall, assessed damage sprayed with mold retardant and set up fans/dehumidifiers to dry out the basement and kitchen floor. This is definitely an A team. Timely, efficient and incredibly professional. Really helped reduce our stress and limited the water damage by their timely involvement.

Ide like to say i was very impressed with Andrew, Austin, Shawn, Tyson and the rest of the team. We hired Ward Group to underpin our basement. We went from having a 5ft 10" basement height, to a 9ft finished ceiling height. What a difference this has made, we now can use our basement as a livable space and couldn't be happier.
