I highly recommend this shop and the wonderful owners, Carole and Bruce. Carole is warm, kind, and ascertained that we were well-cared for. She booked us on a Saturday morning at the last minute. Bruce fixed our transmission line in record time so we wouldn’t miss out on our holiday weekend. He advised us to wait until Monday morning to replace the ball joint and wheel bearing which saved us a few hundred dollars as most parts shops were closed on Saturday. They are friendly and professional.

Ryan has always provided excellent service on all if our vehicles. He is honest and clearly communicates what the vehicle needs to be repaired and does fantastic repair work. We would highly recommend him.

Had an emergency I thought, left a message at 4.30pm, he called back at 5.30, solved the “emergency” in 5 mins by his guidance and knowledge. I’m flabbergasted at this time of year, and to have such a personal approach with patience, myself trying his suggestions while on the phone, blown away. There is many good people around, but some go a wee bit higher, on personal customer service! Thank you so much, I have you on speed dial, appreciate your customer service etiquette!

looking for a place to do my oil change. Heard about this place.. Not only did I get in the next day. but When I was driving back to Collingwood. I SUV was driving so much better. I swear, she was thanking me.. new oil, top my fluids and checked my tires presser. I can't thank you guys enough for taking care of me/my girl.lol..
