My car's alternator unexpectedly started whining and getting louder. Tony had a listen to the problem and agreed the voltage regulator was shot. He had the exact rebuilt alternator I needed on the shelf and promised to have it installed within a few hours. Very straightforward and honest transaction, clean shop, great install, great price and with warranty.

The technician that cleaned my car was AMAZING. I am so impressed by his hard work and attention to detail. The weather was pretty cold and he still took the time to make sure my car was spotless. I think he went above and beyond what I asked for, while being very friendly and polite. I wish I had thought to offer him a coffee or something warm after the service! I will absolutely be using Janicarp Ventures again.

Don't even know where to begin, my entire experience was 5 star! There was $14000 worth of damage on the bmw but after receiving my vehicle back it honestly looked better than before. Also great customer service experience, these people are always friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond for your satisfaction, especially the manager Jason. I visited Cochrane Image and Autobody this past week, as I required some work on my Audi A4, due to a minor fender bender that occured a week prior. The quote that I was given for the required work, was less than two additional quotes that I had obtained that week. Additionally the service and workmanship that I received there was exceptional.
I have owned several high end vehicles over the past few years and I can state, without a doubt, that my experience here was incredible. Cochrane Image and Autobody, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Additional work that I had asked to be carried out last minute, was completed in a timely fashion. Furthermore, my vehicle received a comprehensive cleaning (interior/exterior) at no additional charge. In short, I received superior treatment; better than I recieve from the dealer with which the vehicle was purchased, at a fraction of the cost. I will ensure that all of my vehicles are serviced at this location, moving forward.

I love Adair Auto Repair. They always take such good care of my Mini. Whenever there is a problem they bring me in the back and show me. They will usually was my car for me ( as long as it's not freezing outside which I appreciate)

Great shop, I did a walk in to fix my rear bumper because of some damages that had occurred and the owner came out and helped me immediately, very fast and very good work, made my rear bumper look as good as new and had very fair prices. If you want your vw fixed, then call this company. Otto knew what the problem was after spending more than $2000 at other places and gettting things done that were not the problem, I called Otto at Raybern motors, he got the car in and fixed it for hundreds of dollars less than anyone else quoted me. I was treated with respect and professionalism and was not given a peice of garbage work. He did the job thoroughly and did not send the car home until he felt it was fixed 100%. He was the first person I dealt with that knew what he was talking about. Not even VW itself could fix it properly, even after spending more than $2000 with them. I would trust him with my car anytime! thanks Otto, you are simply the best man for the job. I am happy that he did not simply look at my car for the money but for the passion of being a mechanic and doing a great job!
