Was pleasantly surprised by store employee Derek. He took the time to properly investigate what filter I needed for my humidifier to ensure I had the right one. He was pleasant to deal with and obviously cared that I got the right product.

Used them yesterday as we had a small flood in the basement when a pipe connection let go. Called them around 5:30 PM and left message with answering service and they called back in under a half hour. They were at our place by 6:30 PM and all repairs and clean up plus another job that I had was completed by 7:30 PM. Very happy with them. Two young guys, very polite and willing to explain what they were doing. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I have been dealing with Ed's Auto and the family for years. I have had numerous vehicles in, for various stages of repair. Everything from getting a vehicle checked out for a safety down to almost a complete underside rebuild. I would not go anywhere else. Service, customer satisfaction, the level of commitment these people give to their customers, you would think it was their own classic vehicle they were taking care of. I have used this Branch of H&R Block for several years. They are accessible and efficient in process both my and my wifes claims. It is a seasonal office, not open year round though, and the front desk can be....curt.

From my Infiniti to my wife's Caravan, they are experienced with all makes and models.
