Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. The electronic fingerprinting was very fast and I received an email confirmation that my fingerprints had been accepted by the Ottawa RCMP the same day. 2 weeks later CIC received my Certified Record in the mail and all was well. The fee I paid was lower than other firms. I was booked in the same day and everything was done in about 15 minutes. The people were very friendly and helpful and they explained everything along the way. I highly recommend this company and they have free parking!
