I was once an unsatisfied client and they they bent over backwards to correct issue at no charge..... even covered my taxi bill when I arrived!

I want to recommend this shop for anyone who wants good service. My experience with the shop was beyond my expectation with helpful knowledgeable prsonel who went out of their way to help me with my car. Impressed that the replacement of my transmission required multiple attempts at no extra cost to me even though it was not the mechanics/shops fault. The time and labour spent finding me a good used transmission is impressive and saved thousands if I would have bought a new one from the dealer. Happy with the process and the end result.

Absolutely love coming here! Just moved from Manitoba, they did my out of province inspection, oil change a month later and the my tire blew and they saved my day!! Was a really good experience from start to finish. All the staff were really helpful. Dr. Laura was on time for my appointment and very thorough with my results not to mention very knowledgeable but not pushy at all. I would recommend Crowfoot Vision and Dr. Laura to anyone of my family or friends.

Very pleased with the experience I've had here. Dr. Vahedi is great. I have anxiety issues and he has always been very kind and caring and respectful of my issues. Excellent customer service.. Mechanic knows what he is doing and he shows you what is wrong with your car and makes sure that you see it unlike other mechanics when they just call through all the problems to your list even unnecessary stuff just so they make more money out of labour hours
