They get you in fast do good work. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is a really nice guy we had something happen to our vehicle and it wouldnt drive they brought the our vehicle to the shop and fixed it same day and worked out a payment plan so we didnt have to wait to get it done. Andrew is a meticulous piano tuner. He has decades of experience and did an excellent job of tuning my 1900 Bell piano. Courteous and knowledgeable and *extremely* reasonable rates. I would recommend him without hesitation. I also wanted to say that he moved my piano into my home. I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max.
