My beloved 2010 Jetta had an unfortunate impact with a deer this spring. I've never had to have body work done so I wasn't sure who did good work in my area. Through word of mouth I narrowed it down to two locations, Kootenay Autobody in Fruitvale, BC being one of them that others recommended. I am very glad I listened to others recommendations, Kootenay Autobody did an outstanding job! From restoring perfect lines, to matching the paint perfectly as well. These folks are very professional and should be very proud of their work. Thanks again.

Kirby is an extremely accomplished health care provider. He is very knowledgable and is able to explain the diagnosis and treatment to the patient in an understandable fashion. Although I have only had a few dealings with this company I found them to be very fair and treated me with the upmost of respect and consideration. They clearly discuss with you what they are going to do and I have found that the final bills have been more than fair, As far as I am concerned I would not consider taking any of my units to anyone else.

BCAA helped connect me with Cody at Western Auto Wreckers & Towing for a tow out of a ditch on a forest service road. They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. Service was friendly, timely, transparent and very helpful. Would recommend!
