My husband picked up the carefully prepared Christmas hamper from Kit & Kaboodles. It was ready on the date and time we had requested. We were very pleased by its variety and how festive it looked.
We delivered it our parents yesterday afternoon. They were so pleasantly surprised and very overwhelmed! We later spoke to them once they had a chance to unwrap the beautiful hamper. They were so impressed with its contents and the abundance of top quality foods.

This pharmacy has the best service by far. They are extremely efficient, and offer exceptional customer service. They are always courteous, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and as an added benefit, their dispensing fee is low so you don’t have to pay when you have full coverage, unlike other competitors. Plus they are much more personable compared to other pharmacies.

It was a very busy day, two days before Christmas. I had several bags of food and somehow after the items were scanned, I was missing a store bag with some items and a bag of apples. They either were put into someone else's cart by mistake or I forgot them in my rush to leave. When I realised this prior to preparing dinner, I rang the store to explain the situation. Spoke with Danny and he said there was no problem, to just bring in the receipt, even after we get back from the UK in January!

They are wonderful.
My wife and I have been shopping at the North Gower Pharmacy for nearly two years, and we are very pleased that they opened in this area. They offer excellent advice, they will stock items that we need which are sometimes only carried by Shoppers HOME Centres, and they know each and every customer by name. Very rare in this day and age. Their prices are often quite a bit better than at Shoppers, and we always get a seniors discount - not just on Tuesday. Great Pharmacy.

I needed some closet doors a few weeks ago. Piramid was very fast and efficient. I was able to go into their showroom, pick out the style I wanted, have them come and measure, and then install the doors, all in a matter of a week and a bit. Great customer service. I would use them again. I've already referred them to two of my neighbours.

Pharmacy staff are very caring and provide good advice when asked. Staffing often causes problems...too few people on Pharmacy desk. But the staff that are on duty are wonderful!

This pharmacy is owned by four partners. There service is excellent and far exceeds any other pharmacy that I have dealt with. They contacted my ODSP with quotes for additional costs of non-prescriptions and have arranged all of my regular medications to being transfered to them without me leaving my home. I can't say enough of how wonderful it is to shop here. I have been shopping here since its inception, and all the staff, I mean all the staff are a wonderful team of individuals who are always eager to help and go the extra mile. This is one if not the best place in Ottawa to shop. Starting from the Beauty Boutique, the Manager, her assistant and everyone else is top notch, experienced and knowledgeable.
