Absolutely amazing. First off I want to start with that my entire family has purchased from Galaxy. Second the guys in the Courtenay Galaxy are professionals although theyre like family. Danny, Andy, John, Jona, Kevin. Just a solid bunch of guys! They work their butts off to make sure you get approved even if your credit is bad. They make something work. I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.
