Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!

The Chilliwack Airport Coffee Shop is one of those places where you don't have to be concerned about the quality or service, it's always good. It's the kind of place you probably went to as a teenager where you could come as you are & know you'd feel comfortable. Like a Truck Stop or Canteen. This place doesn't put on airs or try to distinguish itself - it's just a good place to eat with reasonable prices. Best place in Chilliwack!

Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. OK, I recently did a review for having my radiator repaired a few days ago. I saved enough money from that repair (vs. OConnor Dodge) to consider doing a separate repair.
The back passenger door lock crapped out sometime ago. I got a quote back in Sep 2019 from OConnor which was $520 including parts/labour/taxes. I didnt bother to get an updated quote since then but they told me it was a little higher now since its been almost a year later. Back then I chose not to do the repair as I sel

I own a nice car(Jaguar) that needed some paint repair...front and back. I felt that the attention to detail and the quality of repair was superior to my experience with other body shops in Chilliwack...Steve was particularly attentive and I appreciated him inviting me to have a look at the job mid way through... the car was returned to me looking great and nicely detailed... couldnt be more pleased and have no hesitation in recommending there work.

Absolutely amazing. They turned an awful situation (car died on the Coq)into a manageable one. More then fair prices, let us use a loaner even though our car was a goner just so we could take a night to figure stuff out. They even helped us find a hotel room. I've never been treated so well by complete strangers.
