Tonight’s dinner was amazing! Zaina (sorry if spelled wrong) was an amazing friendly, professional and down to earth server. Truly a pleasant night! The atmosphere on the patio was great! Took my boyfriend for his birthday lunch on 01 Feb and ordered off the Winterlicious menu. Each course was perfectly presented and just right, portion-wise. When dessert came, they had put a candle on his plate along with "Joyeux Anniversaire" written in chocolate along the edge. A very nice touch! Our server Chad was very attentive, polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the wine list. Will definitely return for more!! Lire plus

I've been here a number of times and I'm never disappointed! Its a great place to bring friends to try something delicious and unique. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I was there on a recent Saturday evening at 5:30 and had to wonder, though, why the hostess felt compelled to inform me that my table was booked at 7:30. It felt rather rude and unwelcoming. I have no control over the efficiency of your kitchen or servers. There must be a better way. A sign? A note on your website? Lire plus

The service was quick and I was greeted with a smile and asked if I wanted anything else. The facilities were very clean. They had just cleaned a few moments before I came in. Seriously, best restaurant i have been to! Donatello on Elm in Toronto - the service was sooo good - made very special by our knowlwedgable server! The food - sublime! I highly recommend it! What a night!!! The lamb was perfect, and the seafood pasta in a pernod cream sauce to die for. Such wondeful hosts! OMG!They even wrote Happy Birthday Michelle in chocolate around my tiramisu. Food: Last week was my first time trying Koganei so I didn't get to try lots of food. However, Koganei roll was one of the best roll I ever had. it's bit pricey for a roll (almost $15 with tax) but it's worth it. I do not know exactly what's in the roll (it's shrimp tempura roll with some little bit spicy orange-red stuff with tiny fish eggs on the top) but it was amazing. (I wish red stuff on the top was more spicier though.) I also tried miso base noodle soup (noodles and veggies in miso soup) which was salty for my taste. did not really like it. Service: wait staffs were nice and helpful. when i went, there weren't many people in the restaurant so i didn't have to wait long to order and get my food. Atmosphere: table setting seemed little weird to me because little table for 2 people were placed right next to booth but decor was good. Lire plus
