Hi Guys...I just wanted to drop you a line regarding my recent snow tire purchase. I am extremely happy with my new Toyo Tires on my 2012 Prius. They run smoothly and quietly. Handling is excellent. You were able to work me in between other appointments and provided me with honest advice and superior service. I felt the price was reasonable and the work was done to my complete satisfaction. On top of getting good customer service on choosing the tints i wanted... there was a waiting room with leather chairs, a.c., a tv to watch any movie or show, free Wi-Fi. As a new customer, these are things that make me want to recommend and refer to any of my friends and family. Everything was very smooth from the moment I came and until the moment I left.

Once again experience & professional staff yield real dividends. First come, first served, no appointments required. I called late in the morning to have my winter tires removed and Chris was able to get the work done very quickly. He found some alloy rims for the summer tires which make the car look better than ever! Best prices too!

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.

Nothing but the best from Dan. Answered every question I asked him about polishing peeping and ceramic coating a vehicle. Gave me different options in which ceramic coating to use and i decided on the Feynlab three year coating. Again best chcoice and Dan did a superb job highly recommended. Dan even asked if I wish to watch what he does I can watch and see how he does the process.. I stayed for couple of hours this man does not mess around. MDX looks awesome. Thx Dan.
