Have been getting mainly tire, but some mechanical work here for years for myself and many other extended family members. I have become like friends with some of the staff that I have dealt with over the years.

I took my Honda CR-V here after being quoted $200–$300 elsewhere for work I wasn’t sure I needed. Scott’s Auto checked everything thoroughly and told me the belt and car were in good shape — no upselling, no scare tactics.

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I will go back next time I need help. Thanks
