They have absolutely amazing customer service and always take time to describe my car issues in terms I can understand. Highly recommend for the cheerful responsiveness when we had a flat tire on our way back to Michigan. We had a rental car and a tight schedule. It was a Saturday morning. The took us right on, replaced the tire, and even submitted preliminary documentation nor the rental company. They turned an unpleasant situation into stood one.

I purchased 4 new snow tires from the Horton location. I had checked out the reviews on the Canadian Tire website and found that the original snow tires that I was going to buy were not as good as I thought. I found a review on a different brand and decided to purchase them instead. Wow....they are awesome. I feel so safe in my car now and can drive anywhere no matter if the roads have slush, snow or ice.

I had a remote starter installed here in 2020 in my truck.
My battery died and the remote would not work any longer.
Took the truck in (without appointment) and Scott had working in just a few minutes (without charge!)
Old fashioned customer service? ...I like it!
This is about the 4th or 5th starter I have had Autosonics do and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
