On top of getting good customer service on choosing the tints i wanted... there was a waiting room with leather chairs, a.c., a tv to watch any movie or show, free Wi-Fi. Once again experience & professional staff yield real dividends. We had our winter tires installed yesterday and prior to doing so we enquired about the life expectancy of winter tires since we have been using the same winter tires for 5 years .Based on the miles driven and the manner in which the tires are stored during the summer (Xtreme Tire)we were assured that all was in order. First come, first served, no appointments required. I called late in the morning to have my winter tires removed and Chris was able to get the work done very quickly. He found some alloy rims for the summer tires which make the car look better than ever! Best prices too!

Always happy with these guy's work. Every time I bring my car in for a maintenance wash get it back shining better than when bought it new.

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.

Nothing but the best from Dan. Answered every question I asked him about polishing peeping and ceramic coating a vehicle. Gave me different options in which ceramic coating to use and i decided on the Feynlab three year coating. Again best chcoice and Dan did a superb job highly recommended.
