Even though their product was not what I needed (we have a lower end used hot tub) Mike was so helpful in helping me know what to look for when purchasing a cover. Honest, helpful and overall just a great demeanor. I've been there a couple times previously and i was always treated with kindness and respect. The last 2 times someone made me cappucino!! They fixed my rear derailleur and it's never had an issue since.
Yesterday I went in to the store after calling them and asking advice on a noise my Tacx was making. Not only did they immediately work on it, they arranged for someone lend a hand (and actually helped me OUTSIDE The store to get it working properly!!).
