I called for info on a hot tub cover and was greeted with excellent customer service. Even though their product was not what I needed (we have a lower end used hot tub) Mike was so helpful in helping me know what to look for when purchasing a cover. Honest, helpful and overall just a great demeanor. Have started going to the yorkville location and it now my favorite grocery store yes it is not cheap as a no frills but the carry only the products with healthier ingredients the stuff you can read. Its too bad they do not have a link to thier website here.
