I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

I went to this health store originally to find some supplements for muscle strengthening and I really liked the selection there. People who work there were helpful and not overly pushy. I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support! You have to remember when going here that this is a wine tasting room, not a place to have dinner. The wine list is imaginative and approachable. The service on a good night is excellent, on a bad night is so-so, but the staff have always been very helpful with the wine choices, pairings, and flight recommendations. The food is charcuterie, not full meals. Use this place to meet up for a pre-dinner drink, or to end off the night with some wine appreciation.

I would definitely recommend Dr Sandhar. She was very knowledgable and professional. I was referred by a co-worker and now my wife and three kids are all patients. She was very kind and helpful with my children and explained the importance of taking care of your eyes. Depending on the type of massage you need you can find what you need at Everest from deep tissue massage to cranial sacral. From sports massage to lymphatic drainage. I found this company through a groupon / online coupon for a furnace servicing. They were easy to schedule, came on time, serviced my furnace and were not pushy about upselling to other services. I had 'Ali' and he was polite, knowledgeable and very nice. It's great to get a deal with a Groupon, but it's better when you don't feel like they are treating you like less of a customer. I'll be replacing a furnace soon and will definitely give them a call again!

I love this place! The staff are amazing, and make you feel SO comfortable. They make every effort to talk to you and explain things in detail if need be. The hygienists are all so gentle, you would never know they were cleaning while they do it. Very trendy location, and decor. Hopefully they get Wi-Fi sometime soon so you can use your phone to watch shows as an alternative to the great TV's they have for each patient room!
