I received my quote the next day & work commenced the next week. I added additional work to be done & even with the additional work they stayed within a very tight time frame & completed. Now my neighbours walk by & taking pictures of the finished job as it looks absolutely outstanding. Gary was a pleasure to work with & any questions or concerns that I had, he dealt with right away. I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.
