I have been with this location, AB Storage South Red Deer #L072 for a few years now. They are always friendly & understanding. I have had to move three times (I'm down sizing) & they are always very accommodating. They Keep the property clean, clear of snow & ice. I have never had a problem accessing my unit. I once locked my keys in my unit & they were right there to help :) Their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this storage facility :) Lire plus

Greetings, I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department. This not a complaint at all. I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business. So impressed with Randy! We discovered significant water damage that insurance wouldn’t cover. Friends referred us to Camper’s RV. Randy spent a lot of time going over the trailer with us, and then did a deeper inspection after we left. The appraiser with the insurance company had several things wrong, and Randy was able to explain and show his findings to us. His estimate was very fair and we will proceed with repairs. We will NEVER take our RV to a dealer again!! T&S Lire plus
