I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. Dwight and his team have been my go to mechanics for years, not only do they go above and beyond every time, Dwight dignosed a dangerouse stalling problem when two other garages could not figure it out. I can always talk directly to him about my car rather than having to explain to some one at a front desk. No middle man. oil change and servicing are thourough, and are reasonably priced.
