Excellent establishment. Renovations in the lounge seem to be on going... but I understand the circumstances of staffing. Lounge was quite full and full of visual. Cannot wait until completion. Going to look good when it is done. Service was amazing and prompt, although we had a minor wait of 30 min at upon sitting. But that is expected with the staffing crisis in this province. Definitely worth the drive to Earls, this place has great food! Super busy too so prepeare to wait, and somewhat small for the crowds, so don't expect a table during the dinner rush, at least not without a wait. The other reason is the gathering of tall blonde miniskirty waitresses in this restaurant. They make you tip 30% easy. I ordered a hamburger for dinner, and were not at all disappointed! Not only is the texture perfectly ordered, but it has so much flavour with a bit of blood, unlike most fried steaks where you only taste the grease. This place is primal good and I love the mini t skirted ladies. Not a wino in sight was also a plus. I don't know if they accept reservations but if they do get one. Lire plus

Everything is good ..food, taste, service, ambience. The servers were very nice and polite. But one thing was that the grilling plate was not oiled and the meat kept sticking and then burning and smoking and the servers had to keep replacing the grill and we had to keep removing the meat before it was cooked to replace the grill again. That was the only slight inconvenience. I think if they used oil on the grill that would erase that problem. We look forward to going back. Lire plus
