My friend and I have been to, The Spot Restaurant, 3 times now. Twice during Covid-19. These two times were takeout only, but we did sit at the picnic tables provided. The third time we were allowed to sit indoors. Every time the service has been excellent. The food even better. We plan to visit again. Lire plus

The Bruce is a great casual spot to go when visiting Kincardine. The patio has a splendid view of Lake Huron (check out all the sailboats on club night). The wings are wonderful, the service pretty danged good, and the owner-operators are conscientious and courteous. We order from here regularly, we have only ordered the Thai items a couple of times. WE LOVE THE HAKKA dishes. It is very difficult to find any good hakka restaurants in the area especially oshawa/whitby area. Our regular dishes are the: -Bombay chicken -any of the chili or manchurian chicken or beef or shrimp (the shrimp dishes are a little smaller than the chicken or beef )but very tasty. -pad thai/ hakka special chow mein We really like the fact that they have come to know us so when we ask for extra spicy it is extra spicy, never been disappointed. If you are into this type of food then it is definately worth a try. We don't eat in because of our kids but the atmosphere seems very pleasant when we have picked up food. I Lire plus

I just wanted to share my wonderful experience that my husband and daughter and I had at the European Bakery. We had a great lunch , the service was exceptional, the server was so nice to us. It was very busy ,but we had our lunch in no time. The soup was a home made and the ruebans amazing. I was so impressed that they offered a great Gluten-Free menu Breakfast and lunch as my Daughter has celiac disease it made our dining experience so much better.to top it off the atmosphere was really nice, everyone was very happy! we ended up taking dessert to go, as well as a gluten free dessert for my daughter!also buying a loaf of fresh bread. We could not believe our luck. This cozy little place had all the ambiance of some of the best restaurants in Europe we've visited.Their wine list was really good with some very affordable choices. The food ranged from the best steak I have ever tasted to a delicious Thai dish enjoyed by several of our friends that contained the largest tiger shrimp I have ever seen. The Chef himself visited our table personally on three occasions to answer questions. Very unique place. We strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Kincardine. Lire plus

If you are looking for a spot to hang with your friends and watch the game then you definitely need to hit up Whitby St.Louis. They pride themselves on their staff as well as ensuring that any major game that is playing is on every TV. This means hockey, baseball, football, UFC, golf- you name it they have it. Oh and the wings, fries and garlic dip is delicious. My personal favorite is the Hot n Honey wing sauce or the Suicide wing sauce. I would suggest going on Tuesday for wing night, or on Thurs or Fri which is their busiest nights. They have a huge regular following from 3pm to 5:30pm so if you are looking for some company at the bar, this is the time to go! Lire plus
