I have nothing but good things to say about the spa. I came to the spa a couple years back with my Range. My husband said I destroyed the vehicle. I had little scratches here, needed a good cleaning and also my bumper was a little pulled out. They did an amazing job!! Car came out brand new!!! I was very pleased with everything .I always bring my car there for the littlest things now and so does my family!! Staff are very friendly and very good with timing.

Best place in the region. Works on all makes and models. Staff are involved in talking to customers and the owner always tries to ensure the right things are done. I took my car in to have my brake light wiring checked. Tyler helped me; he's a very personable professional. He found that the wiring issue was only minor so he corrected it without even charging me. He even changed my bulbs for free. His honesty and kindness is unmatched compared to some other auto repair shops I've been to. His is now the only shop in Brampton I'll go to.

Great Service! Peter and his team were the second garage to service my C350. The first one was the dealership for a an oil change. I was shocked at the price! Peter did my next oil change with the same premium oil for significantly less. He has been providing regular quality maintenance on my car ever since. If you want the correct parts and the work done with out cutting corners I would recommend Guelph Import Service.

Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! I just bought a used car so I went in for an oil change, while they were changing it one employee came over to me and told me to come look under my car, he showed me how rotted the fuel filter was and how dirty my differential oil was. They checked all my other fluids and were actually pretty quick getting it all changed and the new fuel filter on. All done for a fair price too.

Great service, Great mechanics, No waiting time and car was fixed within one hour. I had a problem with my car for months and other mechanic shops were not able to find the problem and fix it.
