We had City Wide out to repair our old driveway this year, it was a large project for us and very costly. We knew we would have to spend a lot of money since we live out by Okotoks and have a 1/4 of a mile of driveway. We called City Wide and asked to have someone come out to give us a quote. There salesperson was able to come the next day which was very nice. He gave us a lot of information regarding how we could fix the driveway and our different options. Two days later we got the price from him. He was not the cheapest quote we received but was still very competitive and we just felt more comfortable with him and after calling a couple of his references he gave us we booked them it. We were extremely pleased with the job. They showed up when they said they would and were there everyday of the week until they finished. The final job looked great, and we were very happy that they included a warranty. We would use City Wide again and have already recommended them to a few of our neighbors.

These guys are incredible!!!!! Very outgoing, Friendly I made me feel like an important customer even though I was just there to get a headlight changed. It has been a very long time since I’ve been to a business in which their customer service was outstanding. Great Shop! I took my 1996 BMW 750il there after my drive belt got shredded. I was very impressed when I called because they are so knowledgeable. They had it looked at the very first day and let me know what needed to be done. The price was great and so was the service. I will take all of my cars there in the future and recommend them to all of my friends and family! If you have an older BMW or Benz take it here.

Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace.

My RV was broken down at an intersection in cochrane on a busy August weekend. I was being honked at, people were shaking their fists at me (unbelievable), and my girls were sitting at a campground by themselves in Field. I was upset, a little desperate and feeling vulnerable (single lady alone). The Ama driver referred me to JD's auto center that would take me in right away to at least look at it (some i'd called were saying 2 weeks away even to give an opinion!) The mechanic looked at it right away and did some minor repairs/cleaned the fuel filter and sent me on my way without insisting I needed a new fuel pump etc. Ie. He was honest. The shop stayed open a bit later to accommodate me. I know how uncaring people in this world can be these days.... That day reset my faith in humanity and I was on the road that night; made it to Field at dusk to find my 2 frightened, much-relieved girls sitting at a picnic table at dusk. A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

Thank You Chris for coming out over the highway on one of the worst days of this prolonged winter season. Your knowledge and skill saved our basement from flooding not to mention the cost to our water bill. Sorry your socks got soaked. We did not realize our hot water heater was under water as well but your expertise to the rescue again and using a wet/dry vacuum to clear out the water that had extinguished the flame within the heater.
