efficient and helpful. The vet techs we have had dealings with are knowledgeable, friendly and take as much time as needed to answer any and all questions. Dr. Chen is knowledgeable, compassionate, great with our cat, and fully explained the options we had going forward. We couldn't ask for better care.

we had been having issues with skin rashes and bites for over a month and had seen medical professionals for allergies etc. We had no idea that we could have had bed bugs. One night we found one of these creepy crawly bug on our white sheet and then we started to search our bed. We were freaked out and selected Quest to fumigate these bedbugs from our home. We had to clean and organize before the application as per the emailed guidelines. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and helpful. We understood that the problem started after we had brought in a discarded piece of furniture. Now we know the cause of the infestation. The extermination process was less than 90 minutes. We only had to leave for about 4 hours. It has been over a year and we remain free of these blood sucking bugs. Thanks to the professional help from Quest.

Great experience at HealthOne's clinic in North York at Yonge and Sheppard. I visited the walk-in clinic and was really impressed with how smooth and efficient everything was. The staff were friendly and professional, and having an in-house lab was a huge bonus, made the whole process quick and convenient. The clinic is also very clean, and I love that they have RMTs, I’m looking forward to trying the massage therapy on my next visit.

Went there for blood work and they gave my OHIP card by mistake to another customer. Staff are a bit careless with security of OHIP cards. When you leave make sure you are given the correct card. Other than this error the service and staff were fine.

Loved their services and I'm impressed with their frames collection. I was on a business trip to Toronto and accidently broke my glasses while boarding a cab. It was my working glasses and I don’t want to strain my eyes too much without them. I loved that frame and I felt like it compliments my style. The owner/manager also offered me fresh coffee as my coffee got warm while understanding the payment concern. They also made my order for banana chocolate chip brownie complimentary. I recently got eyeglasses from Optimart and found all staff to be professional helpful efficient and capable. This branch of Optimart is located on Eglinton at Beachell, just east of Walmart Supercentre. The price of my new glasses was more than reasonable. I will definitely shop there again and recommend it strongly.

My family has been a client of Optimart on Eglinton since they opened. My grandmother was one of the first patrons and seeing the staff treat her convinced us to move our business to them. Our eye exams are performed on spot, we order the glasses of our choice/affordability and voila in a short period of time, we get them. We haven’t experienced any issues to date nor do we expect any.
