Excellent service by professionals that know how to repair Medical Lift Chairs. Luke also suggested and installed a heightened, toilet commode. "Luke" comes to Oliver, BC once a week, they do not charge extra for travel. Luke is knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. He is a first rate! professional. I tried another medical supply from Penticton that charged extra to travel and didn't have the knowledge needed to repair Medical Lift Chairs. You won't go wrong with Valley Medical Supply.Sylvia

Very accomidating services, been with this storage fscility for a few years now. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HOW CLEAN AND DRY THERE UNITS ARE, The owners are kind, and most friendly as well as supper patient and understanding. Last spring was the first time I drove from Vancouver to Kelowna, and forgot to fill up on fuel before getting on the Coquihalla. Of course we ran out of gas on the most treacherous stretch of the hwy without service. We are so extremely grateful to Richard Umpherville from VSA for saving us! Have been meaning to spread the good word about this company for some time. Amazing service, polite, helpful, refused payment. 100% recommend calling these guys in time of need. Thanks again Richard.

Always friendly, they are able to do any kind of pharmaceutical I need, and their on-site staff of nurses are available for consultations of all kinds, including wound care. They also offer free delivery which is really helpful in the colder, winter months when many can't drive to pick up their prescriptions. Thanks Greg and team!
