Ed and his staff know what they are doing. I am so happy with the service that I received to get my truck and horse trailer's electrical problems fixed. He showed me where the previous owner of my trailer cut out the fuse box and how it was a serious fire hazard in my camperized unit. Also, I was so thankful that he recommended putting a solenoid in my truck so my trailer could not draw anymore power from the truck battery when parked. He explained everything to me so kindly. Highly recommend!

He spent time to describe what the issue could be and what he was going to do to fix it. I only like dealing with Tracy B from the back... shes the best and has helped me with so many of my ridiculous projects and unfulfilled project dreams its CRAZY! Shes never been wrong when she says what I need to make stuff happen and Ive caught her several times trying to go for lunch but she helps me anyway. I think PA needs to clone her for the other stores because I never get that kind of service anywhere else!
