Went in to buy a new bed frame and mattress TT the sales person was amazing. So much information about the mattresses and the power bases. Asked all the right questions about our sleep habits to help us pick out what we wanted. Didn't rush us through just to get a sale.

By far the best beds in the Okanagan. Geoff and Carling are an amazing father and daughter team. They know their products, materials and pricing. They gave me all the info I needed to buy the perfect bed for my wife and I. So many options for healthy and environmentally concious people. I highly recommend them to all my friends. Keil at the Enterprise location in Kelowna gave incredible customer service. Although he was in the paint section he totally up sold us in the plant section with his knowledge and love of plants. He is an incredible person and my friends and I will be back because of him!! Also we would love to see him in the plant section more.. hint hint.. :D

My out of town relatives and friends sometimes stay at the Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel and have been really impressed by the level of quality that the hotel offers. What you can't see from the road is the huge grass area inside the "quad"... kind of like what university campuses have. That's really nice for kids. Kind of like having a park onsite. The rooms are larger than expected and recently reno'd. They were higher end than I expected too. It's nice to have a new ORA restaurant as part of the hotel now as well. Their local wine list is one of the biggest I've seen in Kelowna. Overall it's a great hotel located centrally and just down the road from the airport.

Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!

I was blown away to the point of tears today :) I am so extremely happy with the service I received from Keith and all his coworkers at the leckie location in Kelowna BC! I was expecting to have to pay over 800.00 for a new set of tires due to one discontinued blown one :( but upon arriving to the shop for pick up.... Keith informed me of the most beautiful surprise of being able to fix it all at NO COST!!!!! What an amazing, wonderful experience! I'm feeling very blessed :) thank you!!!!!
