Observing your employees that were on the phone & service the front desk. I have to COMPLIMENT your staff. They were AMAZING. The phone rang once & was answered, no one waited in line at the front desk. The staff was professional, fast, efficient and friendly. Great TEAM players. I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

Well lets just say this, Speeders keep pulling me back to get better and better each time. Its best when you are racing against a good size group to push you even more. Races are won by best lap time and not position, so does not matter where you are on the track as long as you have the best time. Besides that, the staff are fun to be around and never had any issues with them.
When you get there, you get an adrenaline rush, a need for speed, and a great way to relieve some stress.

I was there a few months ago. I called a couple of other steel suppliers in Edmonton and they basically told me to get lost. When I called General, they gave me pricing and availability over the phone. I got there later that afternoon and I was in and out in 20 minutes with what I was after. Great people behind the till and in the yard. They are my go to supplier from now on.
