He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the drive to try to make it operational for me. In the process, he gave me a tutorial on Windows updates, computer drivers, and general computer components and operation. His explanations were clear and concise, and I left feeling more confident about managing my laptop. Ask for him if you need the tech department at London Drugs!

Needed a new master key system set-up for our warehouse. Needed done in a hurry. Phoned around and to a few places and was told they would be out next week. Went in to buy a new bed frame and mattress TT the sales person was amazing. So much information about the mattresses and the power bases. Asked all the right questions about our sleep habits to help us pick out what we wanted. Didn't rush us through just to get a sale.
