Ijust bought a 2005 Chevy Malibu.. its an excellent running car but the interior inside was a total mess..I dont think it had been cleaned in 13 years.. so I took it over to Mohawk car wash and Scott the manager... he was very professional and courteous and told me that I would be very pleased with what he was going to do... but to be honest I was very skeptical... but to my surprise picking the car up I have to say it almost look brand new. I would just like to thank the very professional lady at the desk who helped me with my online purchase of a desk for my grandson. My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

What a great experience today. I missed the last minute beeper in the coin wash and ran out of time. The owner was cleaning the wash stall next to me and saw that I ran out of time. Not only did he finish rinsing my car, the showed me a product I would have never tried as I didn't know what it was for. He spent the time (and his money) to rainX my car with fantastic results. Great car wash and fantastic customer service.

I called today (Saturday) at 11:00 am to ask if I could bring my car in as my back tire was low. They told me to come in at 11:30. I did that and my tire had a nail in it and they repaired it. I was gone by 12:00. I was thoroughly impressed by the politeness of the staff. I will definitely go there again. Too bad the business name doesn't indicate they do more than just tires. I would have gone there for oil changes, too. Excellent experience and I have already recommended them.

I went to 9 different shops and all could not take me in. Now I have a 1966 Mercury and it's my baby. It's always in my line of sight. I wanted to stay with my car, but Mario put me at ease and looked after it like it was his. He had to change the passenger rear axle bearing and u joints. Surprisingly the shop is well equipped and Mario knows his craft. He not only fixed my baby I was impressed at the fact that he knew exactly to do, I left my car in great hands! Thank you Mario!!!!
