I have had nothing but good experiences with this dealership. We bought two vehicles in two weeks because we were so impressed with the service the first time that we came back to buy our other vehicle. Great experience. I was picked up and returned from their office by a very polite, personable young gentleman. As I recall his name was Marwan.
He was also the person who signed me in. He did a great job of explaining all the extras that would be appropriate for me.
The Manager, Andrew, was also great. While I was there, I observed and heard him deal with many customers and a problem that he handled in an impressive manner, very polite and customer oriented.
I will return when I need to.

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. Everyone in this shop is amazing. Mike is great to deal with!! They fit me in, in the middle of everyone getting their snow tires on. Long storey short I received high quality snow tires from my dad as a gift. The tires were defective. Mike diagnosed them, ordered me in new ones and they were on my vehicle within 2 days!! All the men in the shop are very knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service!! Thank you for keeping me safe and disposing of my egg shaped tires!! Cheers.

The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.
