If you are looking for reputable and genuine towing service, this company is phenomenal! Due to an accident that "wrote off" my previous vehicle I was forced to look for a new vehicle. After narrowing the search to 3 SUV's we visited the dealerships. We met Mark Rupoli at MacMaster - after a test drive and getting our questions answered we decided that the 2010 Equinox was the vehicle we wanted. They were in high demand. The dealership went to great lengths to assist us while we waited for our vehicle to come in. We were very grateful.
We have now had the vehicle for approx 6 months. I LOVE IT.
I almost look forward to my "oil changes" as I can enjoy a complimentary coffee, order breakfast/lunch and even work on my lap top in the "Corvette Cafe".

I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Wonderland Auto. I just purchased my third vehicle from Brent. I trust this dealership to be honest and fair. I called Brent this morning, told him what I was looking for and my price range. I went out this afternoon, we completed the paperwork and I will pick up my new to me car on Wednesday.
I have always had a great experience with Brent. He is not a typical used car salesman. I have never had any issues with the vehicles I buy from Wonderland Auto.

Everyone in this shop is amazing. Mike is great to deal with!! They fit me in, in the middle of everyone getting their snow tires on. Long storey short I received high quality snow tires from my dad as a gift. The tires were defective. Mike diagnosed them, ordered me in new ones and they were on my vehicle within 2 days!! All the men in the shop are very knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service!! Thank you for keeping me safe and disposing of my egg shaped tires!! Cheers.

Wonderful customer service!!!
I called 4 auto glass companies in the city, and Nu-Tech had the best price by far, and got the job done in the shortest period of time.
When they replaced the windshield, they found that last time I had an oil change, the oil change garage forgot to put the cap back on - my engine was covered in oil and my engine could seize at any point. They offered a ride home, or to go buy me more oil before driving.
Everyone was so kind. Very impressed. Highly recommend.
