Needed new brakes & a General check up as I was headed for Grande Prairie AB. so wanted to make sure Truck was in shape. They fixed the brakes & went over everything in detail & explained it all. I took my vehicle here to have my muffler inspected. Got a proper diagnoses and some honest advice that resulted in no fix being necessary at this time. A lot of mechanics might've taken advantage of my situation but they were 100% honest and did what was best for my vehicle. To top it off, they didn't charge me a dime! I definitely recommend these guys.

To the last review. We are sorry to here of your troubles. We strive to give great service, each and every time a customer comes in. That's why we have stayed in business on the westside for over 30yrs. In this case we attempted to make a repair on a part , that would take several days to come in and cost hundreds of dollars, all for a clip the size of a quarter. Unfortunately the repair did not last. But we did stand behind our work and got the vehicle repaired immediately.

We lost the dust cover on one of our trailer wheel bearings on our way to Oliver from the Valley. We bought a cover from CT that we thought would fit, however after stopping at the Sami in Osoyoos we realized we had lost the cover again. We stopped at the Lordco and I explained our situation. One of the staff came out with a larger size and popped it on for us! We made it home safe and without losing any more covers! Really appreciate his help, especially with 3 kids tired after a long week!

Rich was a huge help in dealing with my daughters VW after the alternator gave out on her drive from Vancouver. Probably one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they were very reliable, had great communication, didn't do extra work, but confirmed the work required after the diagnosis. Their head mechanic went over the invoice with us on top of the service underwriter. They even had a courtesy vehicle for me to use while mine was stuck in the shop for the day.

Did a head gasket job on our young son's 4Runner three winters ago. Our son was living alone in Revy and the head gasket was a very big problem, is several ways. Well Tom, the owner, took care of it. We have never had better automotive service - and at a VERY fair price. .. Outstanding!!! Could not give a strong enough recommendation.
