I have been coming to Mississauga Toyota for service ever since purchasing my 2018 Toyota Corolla LE in 2019. Every time I bring my car in for service the staff is amazing and does there best to inform me of the best course of action. Today, in particular I had the opportunity to work with amazing individuals, Antonio, Edwin, Juan, Jodi and Katrina. we purchased a c63 from this dealership over a year ago. It was actually funny, because we had no intention of buying that car - in fact we had been looking at an entry level C-class that would be good on gas, and a good daily driver. The salesman, however, was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic that that very same day, we had purchased a certified pre-owned c63.
Upon delivery of the vehicle, we experienced a few issues (the front grill was lose, one of the rims was scratch), however these problems were quickly resolved (we got a new grill and they refinished the rim). The Manager even got involved and everything was taken care of in a professional manner that was satisfactory to us. thanks MB Thornhill!
