I went to Topnotch Auto, for the first time with my 2020 Honda Odyssey. Azhar took time and patience in fixing the airbag issue that I had. I took my 2017 Chevy Volt in for its 5yr coolant flush(this particular vehicle has 3 separate coolant systems). My service adviser Jeremy was polite, attentive and did not try to sell me something I did not need at the moment. They performed the service and my car was ready for pickup at the promised time for a lower price then what was originally estimated. They even plugged it into a battery charger and was fully charged for me. What else can you ask for. Fantastic service department.

At approximately 3:30 PM Friday 4th Feb I took a wheel of my snow blower with a flat tire to Canadian Tire Georgetown. The service rep. was very helpful, took the wheel into the shop and within 10 minutes the flat was fixed and I was on my way - No Charge! Can't ask for better service that that!!

I recently went to John and his crew for a remote car starter to be installed in my 2011 Lexus RX350. I have to say John was so nice and helpful. After coordinating our schedules they were able to quickly and properly install this amazing feature to have especially during the cold winters here in Canada. John even took the time to explain and show me how to properly operate it afterwards. I’m very pleased to have had work done here and will be back for any other auto concerns if any.

I called them on a Tuesday in a rush when I found out the lease end inspection on my 2012 BMW X3 was just 2 days away. I wanted the car to look impeccable and needed a full exterior and interior detail STAT. Owner told me they were booked for the week, but that if I would pay a tiny bit extra he'd keep a guy overnight to detail my car.

That's some Ritz Carlton level service right there.

This place is great!! I was quoted 175$ by my dealership to glue my bumper back in place after I broke the clip on a snowbank. Called this place on a whim today, went down and the guy glued my bumper and drilled a screw in less than 5 min and charged me 25$ plus tax. Fantastic customer service, best price and honest business. After your dealership gives you a ridiculous price go straight here!
