Last fall on very short notice I called Rob and the crew to do a repair on my main revenue trailer. I dropped the trailer off after work that afternoon and picked it up first thing the next morning. The work was exceptional and I believe he put three guys on it to make sure this would happen. The work was done well and quickly and his quote was bang on what more can you ask. A hidden gem is tucked into Vernon’s Sun Valley Mall. Unfortunately my glasses snapped at the bridge after a walk in the cold. I was told they can’t be fixed.I happened to be downtown and noticed Gerry‘s sign which said he offered repairs as one of the shop’s services and he was able to provide me with an expert repair. Besides excellent customer service, the shop has a good selection of frames for men, women and children.

Absolutely the most compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable people Ive ever had the pleasure to visit. Ive been treated so well, Ill never go anywhere else. They have free delivery and came all the way to my house, which isnt close by. They were kind enough to sit me down and show me how to work my new blood tester, as well as explain dietary advice and how my prescriptions work. Just so precious, all of them.
