Have been going to the Croutze dental clinic ( Edmonton) for almost 35 years and we switched to the Tudor Glen (Brian Croutze) about a year ago- We found the staff extremely friendly and accommodating and as soon as you are a client they call you by your name each time. Over twenty years ago I purchased a NAD receiver from this store and when I moved recently I was unable to connect my turntable properly. NO PROBLEM. Bryan kindly assisted me with this over the telephone and was willing to look at the connections in-store at no cost if necessary. Now I have great sounding music again.

July 21, 2020 Had some tires done at another shop. Was told to have tire rim bolts retightened in about 80 kilometers. I did not make 30 kilometers and began hearing a sound on the front tires. Went to Midas on Stony Plain Road and had them look at the problem. All the nuts on front right rim were loose. Tire rims on all rims were retorqued and problem was gone. No charge, cannot thank you enough. Integrity today is everything, I consider this location to be at a high standard. Thank you again

I couldn’t ask for better people to deal with they are exceptional. I moved back to Newfoundland not planning on staying and left all my stuff in storage. Planning on going back soon to retrieve it but don’t been the furniture stuff no more , just some personal belongings mostly . They are going to help me with that . Phenomenal service. great, friendly people. I work long hours and have a hard time making it in, but when I have the opportunity, they are very accommodating and always find a way to squeeze me in at the last minute. Don is excellent and thorough. I do physical work and even with all the stress on my back I still find myself getting better by the session.

My grandson drove to town recently for an extremely old odd-ball hydraulic unit off a tractor. They couldn't find an identical replacement as it no longer exists, but with trial and error the guys machined us exactly what we needed after multiple places had turned us away.
