Have used these guys several times, never had a problem ever. Always polite and job is always well done, and at a decent, not padded price. I feel they are quite honest and trustworthy at this shop. Will continue to use them with confidence.

I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. Very kind. Thank You Kal Tire for your generosity.

I have been going to this location for years and haven’t been there since the new guys took over. I needed a last minute tire repair and they were super helpful and got me in right away. Also fixed a few little things. Great guys. Great experience. I felt comfortable trusting them with my beloved Jeep. ? I’ll be back!
