Over the years, I personally have purchased over $10k worth of gear from Long and McQuade. About 7 years ago, Kamloops became my store. My relationship with L&M, their service and quality of equipment has been consistently excellent. Lyla is an absolute joy to work with. Recently, I have started purchasing my church equipment for PA sound etc from them.
That said... Over the years I have had two issues with purchases. Both were resolved quickly and pleasantly.

really enjoyed the dog obedience class I attended. Lowest price I've paid for obedience class and best results out of all others. Calmest environment. The training room can get too hot temp wise though. Highly recommend the classes at Petsmart.

Lightning Rubbish Removal helped us move a very heavy and large commercial washing machine and stock when we bought a local business. Despite their truck breaking down and the Covid delays, these amazing men still managed to move our equipment on the planned date.
